I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Azamat, and I am tenant of in the house on Gullar Street. I am writing to inform you about with the furniture some issues.

Specifically, I have noticed that the one of the chairs problems broken and use unsafe to use. These are affecting the usability and comfort of furniture. Unless this problem is solved, it might get worse.

I kindly request that you repair this chair. If it is not possible to repair the chair, I would like to kindly request talk that you replace it with a new one. If needed, I can give more details and find a good time for someone to check the problem.
