Band 9: You recently bought a bicycle from a local shop, but you have experienced some problems with it. Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter: explain when you bought the bicycle; describe the problems you have experienced; say what you would like the shop to do.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing about the bicycle which I bought from your shop around three weeks ago. I chose this model because the salesman told me that it was suitable for travelling to work every day.

Since I bought it, I have experienced a few problems. The brakes do not work very well, especially when the road is wet, and the front light sometimes stop working. In addition, the seat became loose after only a few days, although I tightened it several times.

These problems are inconvenient because I use the bicycle every morning. Yesterday, I nearly had an accident when the brakes did not worked properly at a traffic light. Fortunately, I was able to stop before reaching the road.

I would like you to inspect the bicycle and repair these problems as soon as possible. If the bicycle cannot be repaired properly, I would prefer to replace it with another one.
