Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Patrick Jane and I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the car I had rented from you recently. I have rented a SUV from your shop on 15th September, 2026 (Order ID – #15263) for a week. But after 3 days, the air conditioner in the car has stopped working.

To detail on the issue, when I switch on the air conditioner, the lights on the dashboard turns on, but the air conditioner just blows room temperature air and it is not cold. This is really making our trip inconvenient and I would like your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I request you to replace the car with the same seating capacity of the current SUV or if you have a roadside assistance service, that would be really helpful in fixing the air conditioner in the car.

I am looking forward to hearing from you shortly and continue our trip without any more hiccups. Please let me know if you require any more details to resolve this issue.
