Dear Mr John,

I am writing this letter to bring your attention towards the issues with the recent repair work carried on at my apartment.

Supposedly, there was a leakage in the rooftop that caused sweepage to the room’s walls. This had also led to a foul smell in the entire house, making it difficult to breathe.

Although the plumber, sent by you, identified the issue and tried to fix the problem, however the concern is not resolved fully. Living area is still moist and stinky and water is sometimes dripping from the ceiling.

As you are aware that it’s quite rainy now-a-days, delay in fixing the issue may further worsen the situation. So, kindly appoint a new skilled technician to identify the root cause of this and undertake necessary works for eliminating the problem.
