Dear Sir/Mam,

I am writing this letter to bring your attention towards the damanged road in our area.

I am Kirandeep Kaur resident of Rose Lane, Surrey. The road infront of my house is completely broken which causes road accidents and traffic in my area.

Not only am I suffering with this issue, but my neighbourers are also facing the same problem. It has been a long time when the road was being constructed. Also, due to heavy trucks and other heavy transportations passes through this lane as it is industrial area, which results the broken lane. There are many craters on the road which causes road accidents, sometimes even causes death too. Consequently, which causes traffics and it takes alot of time to clear the rush.

Since this situation becomes worsening dad by day, prompt action is required. I request you to make sure to pass the recontruction project and build this road as soon as possible.
