Dear Mr./Ms.

I am Mr John Akhin and I reside at 45 forest street Newport. I am writing this letter to inform you that the road in front of my house has been significantly damaged.

The road has a large hole which is quite deep in the middle and in some places all along the road from Forest Street to the corner of vert street the tarmac is in a very bad condition as well. This can cause road accident and is very dangerous for pedestrians special young school children.

I am making a humble request to repair the road as soon as possible or close it for the time it will take to repair the road. Another solution that can be helpful is to divert the traffic to Smart Road which is adjacent to forest road for security purpose.

It would be much more appreciate that necessary action be taken to avoid any serious accident, or the road be undue more damaged with time.
