I trust this letter reaches you in good health and high spirits. My name is Arsh, and I have been working in your organization since 2018 as a Junior Recruiter. I am writing formally to notify you that for the last six days I have been greatly inconvenienced by the bus service because the route has been changed, and it takes longer to reach work.

Besides, no other substitute for commuting has exacerbated my situation.

I express great regret for the phenomenon because it must be the employees paramount concern. However, from the upcoming Monday, I am opting into eligibility for overtime to cover up my missed hours.

Lastly, You wont need to worry ,to resolve my issue I bought a car yesterday for commuting to work. Moreover, it will be time-efficient by cutting down on my waiting period for the buses. Additionally, from Monday onwards I will definitely be punctual.

I want to express my gratitude for understanding my situation.
