Dear Ahmed,

I am writing this letter in a response of your complaint regarding noise coming from my house flat. Firstly, I want to explain that during the last week, we are doing some renovation work in our dinning room as we are planning to have a birthday party of my son. As dinning area have a little space so we want to expand it.

I want to apologise for the inconvenience caused due to this work. I personally believe the mistake of letting you know in advance. Furthermore, after the completion of work I personally visit your house for the apology.

As you mention that you are mostly bothered from noise in evening and night, therefore we will plan the noisy work mostly in daytime. Secondly, we will also avoid to continue work in weekend; so that you can easily relax in your house with family. Furthermore, we also send an invitation of my child birthday party. Hopefully you and your family will join us.
