Dear Ben,

No way! It is amazing news. Conviniently, our city will host an astounding art event in the modern art museum, so I totally recommend you to visit it. Obviously, I’ll check it later if we could make it together, but there are some possibilities that I will be on my field trip instead.

By the way – what is your budget for this occasion? The sad truth is – I won’t be able to let you stay in my apartmets. I wish I could, but right now my cousin is visiting me. So, it would be inconvinient for both of you to share the same room. However, I still will be able to give you a place to stay for a few nights if you need it. At least before you will find a nice place to stay.

Oh, I almost forgot – don’t hesitate to bring your winter clothing with you. Considering there are pretty significant chances that we will encounter an early winter this year.
