Dear Jashan,

I’m writing this letter to thank you for your invitation. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to attend your wedding due to my very hectic work schedule.

Let me explain my situation in more detail. I got an important project in my college which was mandatory to submit. As you know, I would like to start my career in science, therefore it was really important for me. Even the submission date also one day before your wedding date. As I was the leader of the team, I had to be there which makes impossible for me to come and attend your special day.

Could you let me know the time when you will be available? I want to plan a small get-together at my beach house where we will have lunch and make some wonderful memories together. Moreover, you and your wife will meet my whole family and can get their blessings.
