Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you about a situation I encountered during my recent flight to London with your airline last week. Upon landing at London Airport, there was a significant amount of turbulence that caused a sense of panic among the passengers. Following the crew’s instructions, everyone hurried to the exit, and in the rush, I inadvertently left my bag on the plane.

The bag I left behind is a blue hiking backpack. It has one handle on the top and one on the side. Inside, it contains two pairs of shorts, four pairs of socks, and a sizable wallet. Additionally, there is a piece of paper inside the bag with my name written on it, which should help in identifying it.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could check the lost luggage section to see if my bag has been turned in. It contains several important items that I need, so your assistance in locating it would mean a lot to me.
