Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered regarding my recent flight, number 1234, from Toronto to London. Regrettably, I left my bag on the plane and only realized it after I had arrived at my hotel.

Due to a tight schedule and the stress of delays, I hastily disembarked without retrieving my second bag. This bag is black with red accents, featuring two main compartments and a small front pocket. It contains essential items, including various laptop accessories and clothing. However, I am particularly concerned about a Rolex wristwatch inside, a precious gift from my father upon my graduation.

I have several photos of the bag to aid in its identification. I believe it may have been collected by the cabin crew after disembarkation. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how I can recover my belongings.
