You did not remember about the bag until you got to your hotel. Write a letter to the airline. Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to report a cabin bag that I accidentally left on my flight from Istanbul to Paris on 14th May, flight number GA 555. Unfortunately, I only realized this after arriving at my hotel in London.

Due to a delay in Istanbul, I was in a hurry to catch my connecting flight and forgot to retrieve my bag from the overhead compartment. It is a small black leather trolley bag with a name tag attached. Inside, there is a camera containing valuable photographs from my trip to Istanbul, which are of great sentimental importance. The bag also contains a pair of headphones and an iPhone charger.

I would be extremely grateful if you could check with the cabin crew or lost property department to locate my bag. If found, I would appreciate it if you could arrange for it to be delivered to my hotel in London. Alternatively, if collection is required, please provide details on where and how I can retrieve it. Additionally, if there is a helpline or customer service contact for lost items, I would appreciate receiving those details.
