Dear Sir/Ma’am

My name is Jane and I suppose to be the student of cookery course at your respected college. This letter has been written regarding the cancellation of current course because of some reasons. I am requesting on same time to allow me to join the new course of Digital Marketing which has the same timeframe.

I would like to inform you that I have an issue of timings of cookery course because I am residing in a countryside and the classes start at very early morning but I am coming by public transport, therefore it would not be easy for me to reach on time. I have explored your website for other courses with the same length and timing and I thought the digital course will be helpful for me.

I would like to request you to reconsider my problem and kindly allow me to change the course instead of the previous one. There is also more scope of the current course that I am going to choose. It will be a kind act for me.
