The graphs depict the differences between students from three countries and their daily routines, which involve sleeping, studying and relaxing. The factors of their daily routines are presented in hours, from 0 to 14 hours. Countries which were taken into consideration are: United States, Australia and Canada.
When it comes to analyzing the figures, Australian pupils study the most, for 13 hours. However Americans and Canadians study for about 8 hours. Referring to sleeping, students from the USA spend the most of their time doing it compared to the other two nations. As to relaxing, American and Canadian pupils fall under the same hour count which is 7,5 hours. In contrast to this Australian students are able to relax only for 4 hours a day.
Having considered everything, the picture that is emerging is that there is a striking difference between the daily routine of Australian pupils and the students from other countries. However, American and Canadian students’ components of their routines are equally divided, so they have the time to study, relax and sleep for just the right amount of time. With reference to the future, the daily routine of Australian pupils could negatively impact their mental and physical health, as they spend too much time studying and too little time sleeping and relaxing.
