The given graph illustrates, four different modes of transport used to supply goods in UK beetween 1974 and 2002.

Overall, information shows that there ere mainly four important way to transport goods in UK but most of goods were transported by water and road as compare to rail and pipeline. Road transport method was highly used from 1975 to 2002. The figures explained that in 1995 there nearly 70 million tonnes goods were transported but after 25 years number was increased to above 90 million tonnes. Aditionally water and rail method used in same ammount in 1975 aproximately 40 million tonnes but later on we can see fluctuation in rail transport in between 1980 to 1995 but water transport keeps rising and goes above 60 millions tonnes.

One the other hand, pipeline method was underated in 1975 but there was a skyrocketing boost after 1980, over 20 millions tonnes goods were transported in 1985 and graph remains steady still 2002.
