Regarding library facilities, 65% of users are very satisfied with the opening hours, while the remaining 35% are fairly satisfied. Staff helpfulness receives even more positive feedback, with 95% of users being very satisfied and 5% fairly satisfied. For the availability of books, 50% of users are very satisfied, 40% are fairly satisfied, and 10% are dissatisfied. In comparison, journal availability has a lower very satisfied rating of 45%, while 35% are fairly satisfied and 20% are dissatisfied. Similarly, 48% of users are very satisfied with Wi-Fi reliability, compared with 33% who are fairly satisfied and 19% who are dissatisfied.
