The table compares the total numbers of visitors at Ashdown Museum in the year before and year after it was refurbished, while the pie illustrates survey of visitors’ satisfaction in both years.
Looking from an overall perspective, both pie charts have risen satisfaction significantly, while dissatisfaction has decreased considerably.
According to the table, museums attracted more people after the refurbishment. Visitor numbers have grown from 74,000 to 92,000 in the following year.
The satisfaction survey also illustrates the improvement of the visitor’s enjoyment. Satisfaction and dissatisfaction have been reversed after a year. And no response remained the same with 5 percent. It is clear that overall satisfaction categories are increased considerably after it was refurbished. After refurbishment increased up to 40 percent, and those who were dissatisfied went to down to 15 from 40. The changes of numbers show a major development on Ahsdown museum
