Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to cancel my admission for a partial course in your college.

Last week, I enrolled for a technical course at your college, commencing from next month for 2 months. It is a certificate course for designing, where we would have gain practical experience and a completion certificate.

Main reason for opting this course was to fulfill criteria to receive scholarship. Unfortunately, this year they updated the criteria. According to new rules I must enroll for testing course rather than designing.

I am requesting to cancel my current booking. Additionally, would you book me for testing course in your college. Please let me know which documents I need to submit to complete my admission process. If you need more details feel free to contact me.
