I hope everything is going well with you!

I feel so sorry for informing you that I lost your digital camera in a bus. Obviously, I have been trying to contact the manager to get more information about finding and returning it. However, he told me this prosses is impossible.

I understand how significant it was for you, as it considers a large amount of fond memories. There were photos from Poland, your dearest trip, with your friend who you didn’t keep in touch with. All photos from your childhood as well.

So I want to suggest some options to compensate it. Firstly, I can give you the money compensation, which will cover the cost of your voyage to America. Also, as I know your reletives might have similar photos, becouse they were in same events with you. I will do everything what is possible to get in touch with them and recover the memorises.
