Dear Anchal,

I hope you doing well. I am writing this email to apologise myself to accidentally spilled coffee on your laptop and it can some malfunction which I further explain to you.

When I came with my coffee, I realised that it was too hot for me. So, I just put into the table for sometimes and I was doing my work but accidentally my hand spin on my coffee mug and it’s spilled to your laptop.

Moreover, I was trying to clean as soon as possible. After that, I try to check that its work or not. Then i realised that their was some keywords that’s not work properly.

I am really sorry about this accident and I promise to you to recover your laptop very early.
