Hope you are doing well, I am eagerly writing this letter to check with you to participate in upcoming seminar which is related to our work.

With regards to this i would like to know the program schedule on the particular date or month, and this activity would be during business hours or any particular weekends, this secession would be for a day or couple of days. I like to know necessary arrangements are available such as vehicle parking, snacks, fun activities, etc

We would like to know the costing per person or if we come in group is there any discount? Do you require any mail communication from finance team to avail the discount? Apart from this few team mates coming from different part of state will be accommodation included in the price or any additional cost require to them.

I am eagerly looking forward for your update.
