I am writing this letter to inform you of how pleased I was with the services rendered by your staffs. It was my first time visiting your restaurant with a number of my friends. Fortunately, it was also my birthday celebration and the chef served us with that day specials.
I actually saw an advert about the place on one of my social media pages and it was love at first sight. On our arrival on that fateful day, the receptionist gave us a very warm welcoming speech, confirmed our reservations and pointed us towards the direction of our seats. Thereafter, some of the staffs brought a tiny cake with a candle and they sang a birthday song. It was truly remarkable.
It was indeed an unforgettable experience and that day was extra special because it was my 25th year birthday celebration. I also had recently got admission to study my masters abroad. So it was a double celebration.
One other thing I found interesting was the food, it was mouth watering and the way the chef served it was attractive. Additionally, the service was top notch as the staffs were proactive and knew almost what to do at every time.
Kindly keep up with your amazing service as it will encourage more customers to patronize your establishment. I hope to keep patronizing the restaurant whenever I have a special occasion.
