Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to get one company room allowance for me and my collegue rakesh.

Well, you know we both are hardworking and got new project for the company which is handed over to both of us and we have to make a presentation to express infront of the client .

Our company have a lot of rooms but we recommend to take the upstairs with good window view through which that beautiful landscape make us relax when we feel tired and i found that rpom is quiet and big enough for both of us.

If i talk about the equipments we almost have everything in the room but i need some changes such as internet connection is quiet slow in that room and one projector screen to practice for the good performance on the day of presentation and some stationary.
