Dear Mr. Sane,

I am Dhvani Ranpura, residing at 3/A, Shantivan Apartment, Victoria Road. My family and I moved into one of your rental properties on 2nd June. At the time of signing the contract, everything appeared to be in good condition; however, after moving in, we encountered a few issues that I would like to bring to your attention.

Since last week, we have noticed that the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms is damaged, and there is a crack in the kitchen wall. We moved in only 20 days ago and have just begun unpacking. While arranging the wardrobe, we discovered that the door is broken on the right edge. Additionally, we observed a large crack in the dining area that could become problematic during the monsoon season.

I kindly request you to take prompt action, as the rains are expected to begin soon, and the kitchen area needs to be repaired beforehand. I have attached photos to this letter for your reference. We value this long-term relationship and hope for your cooperation to ensure a smooth tenancy.
