DEAR MR. SANE,

I AM DHVANI RANPURA. I LIVE IN 3A, SHANTIVAN APARTMENT, VICTORIA ROAD. I AM WRITING THIS LETTER TO DRAW YOUR ATTENTION TO THE DETERIORATING CONDITION OF THE FURNITURE, AND TO GET A SOLUTION FOR THE SAME.

I, ALONG WITH MY FAMILY, MOVED INTO ONE OF YOUR RENTED PROPERTIES A MONTH AGO, ON THE 2ND OF JUNE. WHILE INSPECTING, PRIOR TO SIGNING THE CONTRACT, EVERYTHING LOOKED PERFECT AND IN GOOD SHAPE. WE DID CHECK IT AND EVEN TOOK SOME PHOTOS AT THAT TIME. HOWEVER, ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL, THE WARDROBES WE HAD SEEN EARLIER WERE MISSING AND THE OTHER ONES HAD TERMITES AND CRACKS. THEY WERE CREAKING A LOT AND, NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THE KITCHEN WALL’S WALLPAPER GOT TORN AND THERE WAS A HIDDEN CRACK FROM WHICH WATER WAS LEAKING. MOREOVER, FOR A LONG TIME, A WEIRD SMELL, WHICH IS VERY DIFFICULT TO EXPLAIN, LINGERED AROUND THE HOUSE. IT HAS BECOME REALLY HARD TO LIVE IN THESE CONDITIONS.

I REALLY HOPE YOU CAN VISIT THIS PLACE AND FIX THE PROBLEMS, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO VISIT, WE CAN GET THE WORK DONE AND SEND YOU PICTURES AND BILLS FOR THE SAME. HOPING FOR PROMPT ACTION FROM YOUR SIDE.
