Dear Sir,

I am writing to buy a new house as I am moving in new country for my work. As me and my family are knowing you Since long time , I thought it will be sorted if we contact you.

So me and two other people we are small family, so we need see for family friendly place. I have a school going girl so beter bring it up to you if possible see towards school area so that my wife and baby could find it easier even traveling withort me.

I am seeing for two bedroom apartment, as it can be a master room and single room for child, so that in future I need not to change place again. If possible see the or accomodation in building having facility of gym and grocery store inside. we are eagerly Looking forward to have apartment with beautiful view to enjoy weekends in balcony.

The quiet and safer place is priority while finding an appartment.

As my wife will be at home all the day we should ensure safety aspects of place.
