Dear Landlord,

I am writing to inform you that I have recently checked the condition of the furniture

of the house that is getting poorer day by day. Although, I does not have any complaints about the upper levels noise as we are living in the basement but I am concerned about the condition of our sofa, dining table and master bedrooms’ bed. Moreover, I have seen bed bugs in the single bed that is the other room down the stairs. I am afread this is a big problem we are facing right now. I am a truck driver I stay on truck for most of the time in week I just want a safe and clean environment at home when i arrive here.

secondaly, the chairs of dining table are broken because of that me and my wife eat on

the bed. I believe, you should take action towards this and change our furniture before it gets late. bed bugs are spreading to the whole furniture. As we are paying the full amount of rent including furniture costs we should definatly get everything new. I hope you will take care of this problem in upcoming days as it need a quick action. your kindly,
