Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter to express the situation that the community of “Indira Nagar First Avenue” is facing due to the faulty and inadequate management system, especially for the last three to four weeks.

Let me explain in more detail. Recently, I am noticing that the person who is responsible for the service is not visiting the area punctually at ,8 AM. Hence, it is becoming extremely challenging to dispose of the household waste, as at 11 AM I am mostly at my office. Therefore, to mitigate the problem I started keeping my garbage bag outside my home before leaving, however, the person denied collecting it like that.

Furthermore, when I checked with my neighbours, I figured out that they are facing similar sorts of challenges. In addition to that, he is also denying to clean the roadside waste and when people are requesting him to do so, he is replying back rudely. Henceforth, all the residents are worried about the matter.

Could I please request you to change the allocated personnel for our area? Also, if you think there are other ways to solve this issue, please do let us know. You can drop me a letter at the communication address mentioned on the envelope.
