Dear Sir,

Recently I have received a letter stating that $240 overdrawn and $70 taken directly from my account as penal charge. This is completely misconception and I would like to state the correct information regarding this.

I have withdrawn only $200 as the monthly limit states this amount. By cash from the bank I collected $120 last week, and the Automated Teller Machine, I withdraw $80. So in total, it is two hundred dollars only.

For every single dollar withdrawn over the limit may cause penal charge. I stand by my limit. There is no way to get cross my limit.

The letter I received is absolutely wrong with sole of my knowledge. I am not supposed to pay this much penal charge for the undone mistake.

I request you to go through my concern and kindly acknowledge me on the appropriate reasons for the letter which I received.

As a immediate measure, Kindly return the money taken from my account as it is emergency fund for the family.

Looking forward for your warm reply and actions. Thank you.
