I am writing in response to your letter that I received yesterday. It was communicated that my account has a negative balance of $ 240, and I will have to pay an overdraft fee, which is $70.
I would like to inform you that this detail is inaccurate, as I did not withdraw this money. I have also checked my bank statement and that amount is also not reflected in it.
