Dear Bank Manager,
I am writing the letter regarding the letter that I have received on May 19th, which stated that i have overwithdrawn $240 and for that you will charged $70, which will directly deducted from your account. However, i would like to say the statement was not fully correct.
Furthermore, i am the loyal customer at your bank(ac no. -xxxx890) for several years and always maintained positive balance. Moreover, my device was been hacked yesterday and all the bank details was in that gadget. so, they misused the information and withdrawn $240. When this accident happened soon i filed a complaint to cyber security for further investigation and when i get money back i will payoff to bank.
Therefore, i request you not to charged $70 because of this accident and as i know that your bank has provided excellent service to me for several years.
I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter.
