Dear Sir or Madam,
I’m writing this letter to provide some feedback about my recent visit to your museum with my grandfather who is 70 years old and I would like to express my concern about the facilities available for elderly visitors.
Overall we really enjoyed the historical exhibition. However, my grandfather had some difficulties during our visit. He became tired after walking around for a while because the museum area was quite large and there were not enough chairs for him to sit and rest. He also felt difficult when walk up and down stairs between the different floors.
I would suggest to provide more seating for rest in the different area in your museum. It would also be helpful to provide wheelchairs for elderly visitors and perhaps could enhance the facilities by adding an elevator or escalator.
I hope you can accept this feedback and immediately improve your facilities especially for elderly visitors.
Yours Faitfully,
Nafa
