Recently you received a letter from the hank stating that your account is $240 overdrawn and that you will he charged $70 which will be taken directly from your account. Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my concern as I recently received a letter from your bank, depicts that my account is overdrawn and a plenty will be imposed. I believe is information is false. For your reference my account number is 5576421.

Yesterday, I received an e-mail from your bank which stated my saving account has been overused by $240 and a $70 charge will be imposed as a late fee. However, this is information is incorrect. I always maintain a minimum balance in my savings as well as current account.

I request you to check my account information from your end and confirm it before proceeding further. Moreover, I ask that the overdraft fee not be charged until the matter has been resolved as it will directly affect my credit history.

Please let me know if you require any further information from my side. I look forward to your prompt response.
