Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to confirm several details regarding to my account and charges. I came to know about that some charges will be cut from my account balance through bank letter due to overdrafted. I am aware that this information is inaccurate.

I have recently credited my salary to the account so I confirmed that my account has enough balance. Moreover, I have not withdraw money in last several months. That is why I know that balance of account is not overdrafted. My account balance shows money more than $240. I have not exceeded my overdraft limit.

I would like to request you to investigate the transactions properly. You must have to review account details accurately. Please cancel the $70 charges which are taken. You should rectify the error as soon as possible and give written explanation and confirmation.

I hope you will consider suggestions and solve these kind of issues immediately. Additionally, letters should be circulated after monitoring account details.
