I am writing to express my disappointment with the professional training course I recently attended at your training center.According to the course brochure,it was supposed to cover advanced topics,practical projects,and industry-related case studies.However,the course mainly focused on basic concepts and several important topics were either skipped or only briefly explained.
I was also dissatisfied with the quality of the instruction and the study materials.The trainer relied heavily on presentation slides without providing sufficient explanations or practical demonstrations.In addition,the learning materials were outdated and contained very few exercises,making it difficult to develop the promised skills.
As I paid a considerable fee for this course,I would appreciate eitherr a partial refund or the opportunity to attend another course that fully covers the advertised syllabus at no additional cost.
I hope you will consider my concerns and provide a satisfactory solution.I look forward to your prompt response.
