Dear Sir or Madam,

This is regarding non availbility in volunteering for a tree-planting event at a local nature reserve. I have already registered the volunteering for this event at Novascotia in the may month itself.

As I am unable to volunteer this event since I have an interview scheduled on the same day starting at morning 9:00 am to evening 4:00 pm. I will have 3 rounds of interview continuously. I did apply for this job before registering into this event. I never expected an interview would also be on this day.There is no option to reschedule my interview date. Really it’s a huge disappointment which i could not make do volunteering. I would like to volunteer for the nature reserve event without fail. I am ensuring that i will not miss this event.

Kindly let me know if there is availability or not for volunteering in this nature reserve event. Also let me know if any other events are coming up and required volunteering for it. I am eagerly waiting to do volunteer for any events coming up in the future. Please consider my name for any events or put my name in the waiting list. I am ready to participate in volunteer if anyone could not make on any other day.
