Dear Sir,

I hope that you are doing well. My name is Dhaval Sanghavi. I signed up for the tree-planting event at a local nature reserve. I was very excited to join and contribute to this event.

Unfortunately, due to my leg injury caused by the bike accident last night at the central street. It was a heartbreaking incident, and I have been instructed to be on bed rest for the next 1 months untill i am fully recovered.

However, my interest in volunteering for the tree planting event is not going to die. I love nature and am keen to contribute to society. If there is a possibility of moving my name as a volunteer to the future event, that would be great. I will probably feel less disappointed about this whole situation.

I understand the fact that lots of people apply for volunteering and there may be a waiting list so that everyone gets an equal opportunity. In that case, I would like to request that, if there is a waiting list, I be enrolled.

Once again, sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
