Dear Sir,

I hope this email finds you well.

I was appointed as pass checker and guide for the tree planting event.My duty includes checking the pass for our guests and guide them to main spot.But sadly,I wont be able to participate for tree-planting event at local reserve as I have to do overtime shift.My manager asked me to do that shift as one of our colleuge all of a sudden called off sick.

Fascination about tree planting and growing my own garden is been my hobby for ages.So whenever I get chance to work regarding plants I try not to miss.Even reading about plants is been added to my hobby.

I would really appreciate if you could kindly consider me for upcoming events.If you can put me as sceond choice for the upcoming events that would be great.
