Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the training course “Advanced Project Management Techniques”, which I attended on 28 June 2026 at your training centre. I enrolled in this course through my employer, as it was advertised as being suitable for experienced project managers seeking advanced professional development.

Unfortunately, the course did not meet my expectations. The content was largely focused on basic project management principles that I was already familiar with, despite the course description stating that it would cover advanced planning strategies, risk analysis, and leadership techniques. In addition, the trainer spent a considerable amount of time answering questions from beginners, leaving very little opportunity to explore the more complex topics that had been promised. As a result, I gained little practical knowledge that I could apply in my current role.

Given these circumstances, I believe I did not receive the service that was advertised. I would therefore appreciate either a full refund of the course fee or a credit that I can use towards another advanced-level course that better matches my professional needs. I believe this would be a fair solution and would help restore my confidence in your training services.

I look forward to your prompt response and hope this matter can be resolved satisfactorily.

Yours faithfully,
