Dear Sir,

I am writing to confirm the booking of transportation service from your company that will be required in the upcoming month to shift my belongings from old apartment to the new one.

Although your company has great deals for the week days, but due to work commitments I will not be able to make use of it so I would like to avail the services on Sunday, 30th March 2026 at 11 pm.

Even though, most of the furniture has been moved out of the place, there are still fragile antique pieces that require extreme care. Adding to that, I also have two king size mattresses that need to be shifted.

I would like to request for extra large size storage boxes and newspapers needed for personal stuff. Morever, kindly instruct the staff to bring tape and bubble sheet to wrap the crockery.
