I am writing to request your services for an upcoming house move as I will be changing to a new residence on the 3rd of November. I would like it if your team could assist me with the moving process on that day, ideally starting at 9:00 AM.

I have a variety of belongings that need to be transported. This includes a sofa, two armchairs, a dining table with six chairs, a queen-sized bed, and ten medium-sized boxes filled with personal items. Additionally, I have a few fragile items, such as glassware and picture frames, which will require special care during the move.

I would also like to know what your insurance policy covers in case of any damage or loss during the transportation, making sure that my items are safeguarded is a top priority for me.
