Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Isha Gupta, am writing this letter to inquire about the service that your company offers.

Actually, due to my husband’s work, we have to relocate from Sec-22, Gujarat to Noida, Delhi and hence would require a transport to move our belongings.

I would say the estimated volume of everything would be around 5000kgs and even though it is mostly furniture, there is also a car that needs to be transported, which is a Honda city and therefore is not too big.

As my husband’s job is suposedly starting on 24th March, I hope that we can shift before 20th March, so as to spare some time for adjusting at a new place. I would like to know how much it will cost and what kind of transport would be suitable for moving the commodities without damaging them.
