Dear Christine

I am writing this letter to inform that I can no longer volunteer at this organization.

It was a pleasure working with the recreation department at this retirement home. I gained a lot of experience organizing the events and activities for the seniors here. The experience helped me improving my conversation skills and my confidence which will help me in my future.

The reason behind leaving is moving to another country. For my further studies I am moving abroad. I am moving next month so I will not be able to continue volunteering here.

Although, a friend of mine is interested in volunteering. If you are still open for a new volunteer, she will be perfect to replace me. If you would like I can ask her to reach out to you. I am confident that she never will disappoint you.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be the part of this wonderful team and for being such a great leader.
