Dear Mr. Smith,

I am Dr. Ahmed, your new neighbour living next door. I am writing regarding to agree an appointment with you to get to know each other.

Firstly, I would like to let you know more about me. My family and I have just moved to Gander, the city we are living in, since last week as we are Egyptians and this is our first time to come to Canada. The main reason of our relocation is that I am a veterinarian and will be working at Gander Vet Clinic next two years.

I would appreciate it if we meet at the national park next sunday afternoon. The weather is wonderful therefore it will be perfect for outdoor activities for our childern and will provide them a great chance to know each other. Moreover, we can get to know each other well while we having coffee in the cofe shope threre.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.
