Dear Sir or Madam,

I received a letter from your bank yesterday, on 27th October 2025, which stated that my account is $240 overdrawn. Also, I was informed that $70 charge will be deducted from my bank account directly.

I am writing to provide my explanation regarding this matter, as this information is completely wrong. Initially, this account was opened by me in 2020 for my saving purposes. After that I transferred 10% of my salary to this account regularly and there was $2500 in total. However, I withdrew $2000 from my debit card on 30th September 2025 in Phuket due to my vacation, but $500 still remained in my account.

Additionally, I have included a copy of the receipt from ATM to this letter, which shows the remaining balance in my account.

I would appreciate it if you could check the balance in my bank account again to confirm that the details in the letter are incorrect. Also, please send me a bank statement as I would like to see the balance in my account.
