Dear Luis,
I hope you’re doing well. I know that the club is organizing an event to celebrate global foods from all around the world, and I wanted to make a few suggestions.
First off, Since we’re celebrating different cuisines from all across the globe, I think that it’d be great if we included a dish from the Egyptian kitchen.
The plate that I think should be included is the Egyptian Koshary, as it’s a famous meal in Egypt and has been a huge part of the Egyptian culture. It consists of rice, spaghetti, fried onions, humus, and is served with salsa.
I believe that this meal accurately represents the Egyptian kitchen because it shows how a delicious meal can be done with simple ingerdients. Also, I think that the Middle Eastern kitchen is not represented enough in global events. Therefore, this dish will add a great value to this exhibition.
I’m looking forward to the event, and I hope that it’ll be great.
Best wishes,
Mark
