Dear Sir,

My name is Margi Pancholi, a social worker from the Earth Organization. I am writing to ask about publishing our next social activity information in a local newspaper.

I have planned some special activities which will be beneficial for not only humans but also for the environment. Such as labeling and colouring different garbage bins and placing them over every alternate street. I am going to give a demo on the benefits of collecting the same material waste in one bin, for example plastic and glass. In addition, improving medical services, new medical infrastructure and agriculture are other points in the discussion. At the end of the day, they have planned a quiz for every one, the winner will receive the first free medical check up.

The first meeting takes place at our local sports stadium, near the new over bridge, which will be held on June 5th on World Environment day. Also, the timings for social meetings are from 4pm to 8pm.
