Dear sir,

I am XYZ , member of “Together we grow” NGO. I am a regular reader of your newspaper and I have noticed that certain social events or gatherings are very well published in your newspaper. I am writing this letter to request you to provide some space in your newspaper for a social gathering organized by me.

I have held this meeting to gather people form various nations residing in my locality. This session is mainly divided into two parts. In the first half we have arranged activities in which everyone will be describing certain special things of their nations like their culture and traditions, festivals, languages, clothing, and many more. This is planned so that exchange of ideas takes place among all of them and make everyone familiar with each other. In the second half, we will be discussing about issues like increasing health issues, importance of equality and brotherhood, global peace.

The venue decided for this event is The Conference Centre, Mississauga, Ontario and it will take place at 11 A.M. On 6th August 2025. I am really appreciate if you could publish the above-mentioned details of this meeting in your newspaper as it will help to more people to join.
