Hope you are doing well.

I’m writing to request some information regarding booking 2 rooms for 4 people.

Me and my friends inclined to stay at your hotel on this weekend, the days between 13-15th February. One of the rooms needs to include two separate beds and for the other one twin-sized bed is suitable.

I have an apple allergy and one of my friends has an intolerance for gluten. We also kindly request you to elobrate these restrictions.
